A) first of all contact us to make sure you meet our returns policy requirements, re-package in the original packaging, and return to us via 1st class recorded delivery to ensure reciept. Q) CREDIT for returns? A) Once we have recieved the return and checked the complaint is justified, we will refund the payment via the original payment method within 3 working days
